Description:


We can support you all kinds of tanks range from 100L to 30000L. Besides, we can design according to your request.

All fermenting tanks are welded with imported high-quality stainless steel reaching to food sanitation standard. The inside polish≤0.4um, while the outside adopts the quartic smooth polishing.

The tanks are kept warm by imported PU foam with bottom cone type. The cooling jackets of fermenting tanks adopt dimple plate, arch channels etc to exchange heat.

There are many pipe lines between the fermenting tanks such as washing pipelines, material pipelines, cooling medium circumfluence pipelines and CO2 pipeline. All the stainless steel pipelines connecting material adopt sanitary ISO standard. Inside and outside are polished to satisfy sanitary standard.

With the help of PLC auto-control system, the equipment can reach to automatic and semi-automatic control. This guarantees the accuracy of the process parameters and experimental results.

All the JMC-1 type yeast concentration detectors attached to fermenting tanks are of advanced international level, which realizes online testing, fully guarantees the veracity of the testing, and gets a historic breakthrough on microbial cells detection in saki fermentation.
