Note: according to final client sent profile drawings, roll forming line will produce two kinds profile. The first standard is 75×40×10mm, and the second standard is 140×50×20mm.

When the final contract is signed, the profile drawings will be signed by both parts.

  • Ø LINE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF EACH PART

(1) Decoiler:

Manual power drives decoiler shaft to open steel coil. When the line is on working condition, decoiler shaft will be driven by levelers’ power. decoiler shaft cannot move automatically. Hydraulic power expands steel coil inner diameter, in order to make steel coil to be fixed well on decoiler shaft.

Decoiler also includes pneumatic power brake device. It will protect decoiler working safety.

The decoiler is single head model,max loading capacity: 3000kg

Suitable steel coil inner-diameter: 508mm, max outer diameter: 1400mm

(2) Leveler machine:

This leveler machine is 7 rollers model. It includes two pair feeding rollers and 7 leveler rollers.

One the main leveler part, 4 rollers are installed at up layer, and 3 rollers are installed at down layer.

Leveler machine is driven by motor, working speed can be adjusted by transducer. The photoelectric switch controls leveler working actions.

Leveler roller material: GCr15 (HRC55~60)

Suitable steel sheet width: max 500mm

Suitable material thickness: 0.75~3.0mm

Motor power of leveler: 2.2Kw

(1) Servo feeding device:

Machine uses feeding shafts model, and this machine includes servo motor, a pair of feeding shaft, transmission device, guider and numerical control system. (Servo motor, measure accessories and numerical control system are all used import products.)

Suitable material thickness: 0.75~3.0mm

Max feeding steel coil width: 500mm

Max feeding times: 50 times/min (the speed can be adjusted accord to actual work condition)

Servo motor power: 4Kw

(2) Puncher:

The puncher is multi-station model. Few working units are installed at same working flat, it can punch related holes one by one, and working condition is continuous.

Punch hole drawings:

Note: when the contract is confirmed, the punch hole drawings need to be singed by both parts.

This puncher includes 6 working units. Detailed working arrangement is following description:

1. Unit 1#: it is used to finish middle hole 9×17mm (punch pressure: 150KN)

(which is between 6-C-DRAWING7-C-DRAWING and 11-C-DRAWING)

2. Unit 2#: it is used to finish hole 15mm (punch pressure: 150KN)

3. Unit 3#: it is used to finish hole 9mm (punch pressure: 150KN)

4. Unit 4#: it is used to finish one pair hole 9mm, this hole is localed at bottom of 1-C-DRAWING (punch pressure: 150KN)

5. Unit 5#: it is used to finish one middle hole 9mm, this hole is localed at bottom of 11-C-DRAWING (punch pressure: 100KN). If working unit changes punch die, it can finish hole 11mm, this hole is shown on 1-C-DRAWING.

6. Unit 6#: it is used to finish Horseshoe hole (punch pressure: 300KN)

The holes distance which is on horizontal direction can be adjusted accord to requirements.

Punched includes one set punch die.

Puncher is driven by hydraulic power, related hydraulic cylinder drives working unit to work. The working condition is fast and stable.

(1) Material loop (2 sets):

One loop is set between the decoiiler&leveler and puncher, and the other one is between the puncher and main roll former.

Main function of those loop is to match machine working speed between different machine units.

(6) Main roll former:

Main roll former uses single forming stand model, welded steel base plate.

Main roll former transmission system incldues motor, decelerator, gear box, tranmission shaft and etc.

The forming roller is designed by professional software, and all rollers dimension are precise. In order to keep rollers’ precision, all roller surface is polishing treatment.

Forming roller material: Cr12 (it is equal as American D2, HRC58~62)

Forming shaft material: 40Cr

Forming shaft dimension: 70mm

Forming stand material: QT270

Main roll former working speed: max 12m/min

Main motor power: 22Kw

The machine base plate is welded steel model, Chain and gear move the line, motor drives. All working actions are control by electric cabinet.

(7) Hydraulic Cutter

The cutter model is stop to cut; when cutter is cutting, line needs to be stopped.

There is no waste piece after cut actions.

Cutter tool material: Cr12 (HRC58~62), cutting length tolerance ±1.5mm/6000mm.

Cut-to-length range: within 12m

The cutter can be cutted the final products on confirmed length, and the length is automatically fixed by coder.

(8) Hydraulic station:

It supplies the power for the decoiler expanding part, puncher and cutter.

All hydraulic accessories are all use Chinese famous brand products, but electromagnetic valve uses Italian “ATOS” brand products.

Hydraulic motor power: 15Kw

Main accessories of hydraulic station are oil pump, motor, oil tank, filter, accumulator, hydraulic valve group and the others accessories.

(9) PLC Control System:

This system uses Mitsubishi (or same level brand products) PLC to control all working actions. Productionquantity and each piece length will be automatically measured; human and machine interface, touch screen is input and cancelled the working data. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine.

The control panel has English operation interface, it is convenient to operator to input and cancel working date.

(10)Product Rack (un-powered):

Twoparts, each part length is 2meters. The total length is 4meters.

In order to collect the final product and final products is convenient to be stacked by workers.

This rack can be disassembled easily, in order to satisfy different working condition requirements.
