GL-4025 High Rigidity Double Column Machining Center High Precision

The GL-4025 is a double column machining center which features in high precision and high rigidity. All castings of the machine are tempered to ensure the strength of the body and all castings are also made of high hardness and rigidity materials which can providing excellent stability for the fuselage.The table size of the machine is 4000mm*2400mm, and the maximum bearing capacity of the worktable is up to 18T. The excellent bearing capacity and size make this machine very suitable for some large workpiece and complex shape workpiece plane and bevel processing. The rigidity of the body is excellent and all castings are tempered to provide excellent stability to the machine.

This machine is also equiped high precesion and rigidity spindle. The speed of the spindle is up to 6000RPM and the travle distance of the X,Y and Z axis are 3000/2600/800. Spindle rigidity is excellent which can provides excellent stability for the machining process and ensures the machining accuracy.
