The 4 Axis HMC-1380 is a high performance horizontal CMC Machine which can provide extremely good precision and stability for the process of parts processing. As a high-end horizontal CNC machining center, this machine is exceptional in both stability and accuracy. Both the machine body and the external casting of the machine are made of highly stable and rigid materials, which can not only provide high stability and accuracy for the processing process, but also ensure the service life of the machine. The worktable size of this machien is 1500mm*800 and the maximum load capacity is up to 900kg. Excellent table size and bearing capacity can provide excellent stability for processing. This machine also equips high precision and performance spindle. The maximum cutting feed speed is from 1 till 6000RPM. The major parts of this machine are imported, such as the spindle from Taiwan and the rail from Germany. The control system of the machine adopts M80 system from Mitsubishi of Japan, which is simple to operate and can effectively provide processing efficiency and reduce processing costs.
