Description


The GCS-B5325-B5325-20C is a compact small form-factor pluggable CSFP transceiver is specifically designed for the high performance integrated two bi-directional links on a duplex single-mode fiber.

It is with two 1.25Gbps BOSA in a SFP package, for each lane, it features with a top quality 1550nm DFB laser transmitter and a highly sensitive 1310nm PIN photodiode, a maximum transmission can reach up to 20km over single mode fiber.

It is with the SFP 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. Digital diagnostic functions are available via an I2C interface as specified in the MSA SFF-8472.

The transceiver is fully compatible with Compact SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and CE/RoHS certificated.

Digital Diagnostic Memory Map

The transceivers provide serial ID memory contents and diagnostic information about the present operating conditions by the 2-wire serial interface (SCL, SDA).

The diagnostic information with internal calibration or external calibration all are implemented, including received power monitoring, transmitted power monitoring, bias current monitoring, supply voltage monitoring and temperature monitoring.

The digital diagnostic memory map specific data field defines as following.A0h/A2h for Channel1 B0h/B2h for Channel2
