We are specialized in making elevator brackets and oil collectors for KONE, OTIS since year 2008,

We established in 1997, we are one of the largest manufacturers of metal stamping and plastic moulding

injection parts in Ningbo, close to the ports of Ningbo and Shanghai, also one of our specialty is customized

parts based on customer drawings or samples, we have in house tool making which allows us to offer low

cost and fast tooling. We also own two workshops that make the laser cutting and spinning parts. meanwhile,

we could supply the second operation with our customers like riveting, tapping, electrolating, welding,

assembly, powder coating..., we have robtic welder, powder coating and assembly line in house. more

than 95% of our products are exported the whole Europe countries.

Q: What is the payment method?
A: We accept TT (Bank Transfer), L/C.
1. For total amount under US$3000, 100% in advance.
2. For total amount above US$3000, 30% in advance, the rest against the copy document.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: MOQ depends on our client's needs, besides,we welcome trial order before mass-production.

Q: What is the production cycle?
A: It varies a lot depending on product dimension,technical requirements and quantity. We always try to
meet customers' requirement by adjusting our workshop schedule. Usually our normal lead time is 25-30
days for 1 full container; it is also up to the actual production situation and products structure.

Q: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?
A: We make products according to drawings or samples strictly until them reach your 100% satisfaction.
And actually we won't take a chance to do poor quality products.We are proud of keeping the spirit of
good quality.

Q: Could you offer competitive tooling cost?
A: We have own mold work-shop in our factory, for competitive tooling cost and on-time
samples.

Yuyao Jingqiao Hardware Factory (JH) was founded in 1997, JH is one of the largest manufacturers of metal stamping parts in Ningbo of China, which is close to the ocean ports of Ningbo and Shanghai. JH supplied the stamping parts with the local munufacturers since 1997, in 2004 JH began to export the goods through the China trading companies, in 2008, JH exported the goods directly to overseas markets, we continued to grow with steady steps, in 2012 General manager Jake Lu established another company AIER which was specialized in making standard ventilation parts for overseas construction market, now AIER has developed the largest exporter of the ventilation products in the whole Europe. Mr. Jake Lu is the only owner of both companies. JH/AIER are grown from a family workshop of 10 workers t where it is today.
