o Double eccentric end-flanged resilient sealing butterfly valve is operated by the disc rotatingfrom0 to 90. can be applied to cutoff or regulate the flow of media. Vitreous enamel is available upon request. Valve can be actuated by operating lever, handle wheel, electric actuator or pneumatic actuator.
Professional design:
o When initiating the rotary opening movement the disc is off-seated after only a few degree of opening movement and there is very little wear and tear between seat ring and disc,
o Stainless steel seat ring is rolled into the valve body by applying special rolling technology when DN< 1200.UI trasonic spray applies seal of valve body when DN , 1400
o Rubber sealing ring and disc can adjust tightness or softness of sealing with clamping ring it insures best performance of adjusting the compression of sealing .
o Body and disc made of ductile iron which promote the impact resistance and pressure-bearing
capacity; sealing ring made of rubber and valve seat 's sealing surface is conical shaped, make the sealing capacity more reliable.O Excellent corrosion protection:
o Inside electrostatic epoxyres in powder coating or vitreous enamel(upon request), outside electrostatic epoxy resin powder coating.
