Quality Control:

HAINA have strict quality control process. After each components arrived in HAINA, our QC team will inspect the components base on the drawing . For the qualified components, we will mark a HAINA code on it. It is unique and are recorded in HAINA software system. For the unqualified components, will be returned to supplier.

Lab Test:

We have in-house lab for the finish products. We work closely with our customer and we keep improving our machine design for the purpose of better performance of baby diaper and saving cost at the same time. We have the equipments to check the baby diaper absorbency, the sealing strength etc…. When customer inspection machine in HAINA, customer can use these equipments .
