公司主营大型火力发电厂（TLT）轴流风机的组装、检修、调试、试验及备品备件供应。包括上鼓厂轴流风机：一次风机(PAF)、送风机(FAF)、引风机(SAF)(改造前后)、脱硫风机(RAF)系列的风机转子；包括叶片、轴承箱、液压调节装置、刚绕性联轴器、中间轴、进气箱扩压器并提供与之相配套的整机备件、易损件、液压润滑装置及消声器隔声装置、钢结构等四大风机型号三个部套近千种产品规格。

二、服务能力

上海依库机电设备有限公司具有电力工程施工总承包三级证书、安全生产许可证、ISO质量管理、环境管理、健康安全管理三体系证书。公司技术力量雄厚，全员职工28人，其中高级工程师2人、技术人员10人，我们的检修人员具备较强的检修能力和娴熟的检修维护经验，在轴流风机检修、维护、安装、调试项目上具有明显优势。我公司工种配置齐全，装备精良，工艺先进，拥有检修各种轴流风机所需的工器具和试验、检测、无损检测等专用设备，以及中、小型行车、运输设备等各类施工机械，并且针对特殊工艺、特殊部件加工及修复具有专业的外协单位。主要设备有高精度无心磨床、数控机床、龙门铣床、立式钻床、普通机床、各种液压测试台、动平衡机、检修用各类工装夹具等。

公司成立至今，长期服务于国家能源集团、大唐集团、华电集团、华润集团、粤电集团、浙能集团及各地方能源公司下属火力发电厂，具有数百台各类型轴流风机常规检修、改造检修业绩。如：粤电韶关电厂的引增合一风机（双级引风机）一直受到叶片卡涩、飘移问题困扰，2018年针对该问题及电厂用户要求，我公司制定了相应的改造计划，请专业人员制定改造方案，改造后风机运行情况良好，叶片卡涩和飘移问题消除，受到韶关电厂相关部门一致好评。引增合一风机（双级引风机）的叶片卡涩、飘移问题在大多数电厂都存在，我们将继续推广改造方案，来解决困扰各个电厂的问题。
