• Key Application

The milk tank semi-trailer is also named fresh milk trailer or edible oil trailer. Using the multi-compartment setting, various liquid diets can be transported, covering liquid syrup, ewe's milk, beer, fruit juice, and cold drink etc. The allowable capacity of the tank is 316 liters. The powerful engine offers better fuel economy.

• Food Security

The tank is made of food grade stainless steel meeting standards of food security. The reaction between toxic metal and acid-base is avoided.

Advantages:

• Germ-Free Tank

The germ-free tank can inhibit bacteria and won't react with milk. For the line-haul, a cooling device can be equipped. Besides, the insulating coat embedded in the tank can minimize the temperature shift to stop the deterioration of the milk.

• Automatic Flux Valve

The automatic flux valve is installed at the top of the tank and can reduce the evaporation loss of liquid. In addition, the shape of the tank can be maintained when the positive and negative pressure generates in the tank.

• Anti-Static and Anti-Fire

A static electricity protection ground device can be provided to eliminate the fire risk.

• Low Residual Liquid

Residual liquid in the tank is less than 1%, which accords with the international standard.

• Optional Components

Flowmeter, level gauge, safety lock, and leakage prevention device can be installed according to the needs.
