Application of cameras

• For bottle cap top surface detection, the product is docked into the conveyor belt of the detection machine with the cap facing down through the cap unscrambling machine, and a set of industrial cameras is installed above the product to cooperate with the light source to collect the image of the top surface of the bottle cap and process it .

• For the detection of the outer surface of the bottle cap, 4 sets of industrial cameras are installed around the product to form a 360-degree annular surface inspection, and the image of the outer surface is collected with the visual light source for processing.
• The concave surface detection of the bottle cap, the product is transmitted to the rear glass turntable mechanism, the concave surface angle of view is opened, and a set of industrial cameras is arranged under the product to collect the concave surface image of the product and analyze and process it.
