This is one item of rubber barbell weight plates designed in 2017 , for designs ,there was no those special colours and grooves around which is a black general only .but one of our customers asked us to make some changed because they had bought this items for two times ,their customers suggested them to rebulid it more attractive .finally they changed as their suggestion .the reason of their customer did like that because they found all generals on barbells on all clubs around . they wanted something different which could be remembered .

In our design experience , you must be listending up what could be helpful for a change ,sometime no matter how hard you think about yourself ,it won't be a good answer for you anyway . the salary of the designers is very high because of the special designs to be acceptable for consumers . beauty and safety are the most important points to be paid enought attention as top things . a plate without beauty is not a good outlook plate ,more important ,a plate without safety is really not a good plate ,it is the truth .

For designs ,no matter how the specification will be ,there must be some space of holes for gripping ,in addtion , also must have a middle circle for inserting the bars ,now here is the positon relates to big point os quality ,the tolerance of this middle hole is the only point for assemble in setting , the plates will be shaking when bar is little small while or you are not able to insert the bar if it is little bigger . for domestic market , it is probably not so serious but acceptable based on thinking of use , but for export ,no way ,you have to produce exactly as tolerance as drawing, the bar outerdiatmeter must be prefectly fit to the circle innerdiamater without any problem . this is helping to inspect the manufacture how exactly the qualtity will be with their production level .
