Description:

• When emulsion explosive is selected, start emulsion pump and trace elements, and pump latex and sensitizer into screw conveyor. The evenly mixed drug slurry falls into funnel by dead weight. The explosive is charged to the bottom of hole through MONO pump, hose reel and charging tube.

• For porous granular ANFO, start conveying screw and fuel pump. The evenly mixed explosive is delivered into the hole by side screw.

• For ANFO, there are two cases: one is based on porous granular ANFO, which is transferred into the hole by screw; the second is based on emulsion explosive that is delivered into the hole by MONO pump.

• Charging effectiveness: 450kg/min for screw charging;

• 200-280kg/min for MONO pumping
• Measurement error ≤±2%

• This truck is multifunctional explosive mixing-loading truck on-site, which can mix and prepare emulsion explosive, porous particles ANFOC and HANFO, suitable for water hole and dry hole.

• The latex matrix of this truck is generally completed at ground station, pumped in latex box in the truck. Or latex matrix can be made with emulsion vehicle on-site.

• Various raw materials mixing explosives are put into each stock bin in the truck respectively from ground station. The truck moves in to the site. Explosive type is selected by the site situation.
