An automatic cleaning machine for washing two steel sheet templates

4. High-flow air knife system ensures rapid hot air drying.
5. One-click operation, cleaning, rinsing and drying are automatically completed in one go according to the set program.
6. The cleaning room is equipped with visual Windows, making the cleaning process clear at a glance.
7. Compressed air is adopted to recover the residual chemical solution in the pipeline and pump, effectively saving the cleaning solution.
8. It is equipped with automatic liquid addition and drainage functions.
9. The panel is equipped with a pressure gauge, indicating the pressure for cleaning, rinsing, cleaning the filter bucket, and rinsing the filter bucket.
10. Controlled by PLC+ industrial control computer program, parameters such as solution temperature, cleaning time, rinsing frequency/time, rinsing temperature, drying time and drying temperature can be edited and set
