Product Overview
The variable pressure vacuum drying equipment is a new type of
energy-saving and efficient vacuum drying equipment launched by our
company through technical cooperation with German expert to the
electrical industry. This equipment adopts the variable pressure
process, which improves work efficiency by 30-40% and saves 30-40%
energy compared to ordinary vacuum drying. So far, our company has

The characteristics of pressure swing vacuum drying equipment
1. The heating principle is advanced and reasonable
The variable pressure vacuum drying equipment heats the product by
using the water vapor evaporated from the dried product in the
vacuum drying tank as the heat transfer medium, and conducting heat
exchange between the heater and the dried product. This heating
method is similar to kerosene gas-phase drying heating. The heating
uniformity is very good, the heating efficiency is high and stable.
2. High production efficiency

equivalent to that of kerosene gas.
3. Endpoint determination
At the end of drying, the comparison method recommended by Dr.

Compared with hot air circulation drying equipment, this type of
