Product Description:

Process flow:
The waste tires are first separated from the sidewall steel wires
by a hydraulic wire drawing machine, and then sent to the tire
shredder via conveying equipment for crushing and screening to
produce rubber blocks of a certain size. The fine steel wires in
the rubber blocks are then separated by a wire separator. , and
then undergo vibration screening by vibration conveying equipment.
The fiber separator and magnetic separator separate the fibers and
steel wires from the tire rubber powder. The objects under the
screen are the finished rubber particles/rubber powder.
